Critical Thinking Questions

  1. The more energy a roller coaster has at the beginning of the ride, the more successful the ride. That means it needs to begin with a lot of potential energy.
  2. What factor do you think affects the amount of potential energy the roller coaster will have?  *It all depends if your first hill is letting the ride build up the max. potential energy
  3. What do you think is the safest way to "come down" from the first hill?  *A long but good shaped curve

  4. How do you think the roller coaster should exit from the first hill?  *In a slow low curve hill

  5. What do you think the height of the second hill should be? *Any height but not bigger than the first hill

  6. What shape do you think the loop should be? (Parabola, elliptical, square...etc) *Elliptical or a Circle because there the safest one to go around

Last Link

The last link was showing me the potential and kinetic energy levels. It showed me from the highest, middle, and lowest point. When you first going up the Roller Coaster the max of the potential energy is being stored and when you first come down its kinetic energy is at its max as well. When your heading to the ending of the Roller Coaster the potential and kinetic energy has became to its lowest point that it can go.

Roller Coaster-Level Four

Level Four was very interesting as I was doing it. This level took me 30 minutes to do and you really had to think  about this one. My Roller Coaster was passing but it didn't reach the number that you needed to finish the session. I failed it only five times and passed it without the score I need was about ten times. When I finally thought I passsed the passenger throw-up at the last minute so I had to do it all over again.

Roller Coaster-Level Three

Level Three was a little diffcult to me. It took me about 20 to 25 minutes to do the level. The funny thing about this level was when I  finally got done and passed the level I forgot not to press "OK" to go to the next level. So, it took me another 20 to 25 minutes to do level three over but I enjoyed it while it lasted. This time he didn't throw up as much as I thought he would.

Roller Coaster-Level One

Level One was very easy to me when doing it. All you had to do was mess with the Roller Coaster just a little. This first level took me at least ten minutes. Somethings didn't work but as I kept doing it I started  to get the hang of it. I made double the points so I was happy about that.

Roller Coaster-Level Two

Level Two was kind of easy too. This level took me about 15 minutes to do. It really didn't have me stressed out thinking. It was actually funny because the passenger was throwing up as he was riding the Roll Coaster. He was cheating me because I felt he could've made it over sme of the humps.
